At RA Bikes, each frame is meticulously handcrafted in our UK workshop. We offer worldwide shipping, with primary destinations including the UK, EU, and North America. Shipping costs and delivery times are determined on a case-by-case basis, ensuring the most efficient and cost-effective method for your location.

Shipping Methods

We utilize reputable couriers such as DHL, UPS, and FedEx for international deliveries. All shipments include tracking and basic insurance. For UK deliveries, we may also use domestic services like Parcelforce.

While exact shipping costs are calculated per order, here are approximate rates for our standard frame box dimensions.

• UK: £30–£50

• EU: €75–€100

• USA/Canada: $125–$150

As we are not currently VAT registered, UK customers will not be charged VAT on their orders. For international customers, local taxes, duties, and customs fees may apply upon arrival. Frames are securely packaged in double-walled cardboard boxes, with protective materials to ensure safe transit. We aim to use recycled or reusable packaging materials wherever possible.

• USA/Canada: 7–14 business days
